Hopefully you're loving everything that you purchased; however, sometimes things just don't work out. For that I totally understand.  Lets face it, everyone loves an easy exchange!
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.  All Returnable items may be returned for "STORE CREDIT ONLY".  Like most boutiques, we do not issue refunds. Unfortunately, we do not cover any return shipping cost as well.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for your convenience, you may choose the carrier of your choice. So sorry for this inconvenience.  If you are in the nearby area, arrangements can be made for a drop off return.  We try our best to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, so if you are unsure about the terms of policy, please feel free to reach out to us for help.  We  do our best to accommodate our customers.   

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a very large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly!

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
-Clearance Items and hats
-items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.

Store Credit: We only offer store credit, no refunds. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it!

Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be added onto your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit has been added to your account.

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email us at with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well!  We know this can be a bummer, so we will do our very best to resolve the matter quickly.  Also, Please read care instructions before washing any garments purchased.  We will not be responsible for items or except returns on washed items due to shrinking, faded, etc..

Steps to Return Items:

Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.

Make sure to create a customer account.

Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)

Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
