Online orders of $50 or more within the US get Free Shipping!
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive on items that are in high demand. Most orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. Processing time is 1-2 business days not counting weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on the weekend the processing time will begin that following Monday. Once an order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track your package. If more than 14 days have passed, please email us at info@jacellesherwood.com to review the status of your order. If an order is not received in the time allowed, then you will be eligible for a refund.
